Our infrared massage combines the healing effects of traditional massage with the use of infrared rays. Infrared rays penetrate deep into the body’s muscles and inner tissues. Our deep tissue massage uses firm but gentle pressure to promote relaxation and ease muscle tension. Deep Tissue Massage is aimed at the deeper tissue structures of the muscle. Deep tissue uses many of the same movements and techniques as Swedish Massage, but the pressure will generally be more intense. It is also a more focused massage as we work to release chronic muscle tension or knots.
